SRES® designees are REALTORS® who have the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home. Fewer than 1% of all members of the National Association of REALTORS® have earned this designation.
In addition to being a newly minted SRES®, Mary has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), as well as earning the rigorous Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI).
Real estate has been a part of Mary’s life since 1966, the year she worked in her first real estate office in Beverly. Mary and son Mike Cotraro formed Team Cotraro in 2003, and they have been consistent top producers ever since. While they specialize in residential and multi-family properties in Beverly, the Team has a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding communities north of Boston.
